The Forbidden Path
A year-long embodied journey for women, beginning spring 2026
The Forbidden Path is a slow, deep reclamation of the parts of us that have been silenced, softened, or made “too much.”
It is a return to what was once forbidden: our truth, instinct, power, pleasure, and sovereignty….not as ideas to understand, but as realities to feel, inhabit, and live from.
This work gently unravels the patterns of self-abandonment so many women learned early on: the habit of pleasing, shrinking, overriding our bodies, and staying quiet to remain safe or loved. It echoes an ancient story—the moment curiosity, desire, and truth were made wrong, and women were exiled from their inner “garden.”
This path is a return.
Not back to innocence, but forward into conscious, embodied choice.
The six stages of the journey
Invitation – hearing the quiet call back to yourself
Initiation – crossing the threshold from old survival patterns
Wild Woman – reclaiming instinct, vitality, and untamed truth
Sovereign Woman – standing in inner authority and self-trust
Wise Woman – integrating lived insight and discernment
Gifted Woman – offering your truth back to the world, in your own way
The work is grounded in body-based listening, nervous-system awareness, and relational safety. There is no pushing, fixing, or performing—just a steady remembering, held in sisterhood.

Are currently in acute crisis and need more immediate or intensive suppor
Practical details
The journey is held at The Leela Centre, in Dorset, and unfolds through a series of in-person workshops across the year. Each stage can be deeply transformative on its own, while also forming part of a larger arc of remembering.
